    In a large bowl, mix the dry yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let rest for 5 minutes until it forms a foam.

    Add the wheat flour, salt, olive oil, chopped garlic, and fine herbs to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

    Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

    Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
